Ru
ANTI-FINE LINES

[Rua] + [Rub] + [Ruc]

  • Presentation

Reduces micro-contractions of facial muscles to instantly smooth expression lines and prevent first signs of aging.

  • Mechanisms of action

➔ Actions at the nervous system levels to inhibit the contraction of the superficial muscles of the face:

    • Increase in the quantity of neuromediator messengers of relaxation (pro-endorphin precursors) to soothe the muscles,
    • Reduction of the quantity of neuromediator messengers of muscle contraction,
    • Blocking of the reception of muscle contraction messages in the muscles immediately and for up to 2 days

➔ Increase of the natural synthesis of hyaluronic acid for a plumping effect from the inside.

Results: Preventive and corrective reduction of expression lines with an immediate smoothing effect.

  • Clinical results

    [Rua] Viper Venom-mimicking Peptide (Vegan)
    [Rub] Biotechnological Exopolysaccharides
    [Ruc] Neuropeptide Apaisant (Pro-Endorphine)

    [Rua]: Viper Venom-mimicking Peptide (Vegan)
This plant tripeptide perfectly replicates a molecule contained in viper venom to reduce muscle contraction.
    ➔ In-Vitro :
    • 36% reduction in muscle cell contractions after 1 minute
    • 82% reduction in muscle cell contractions after 2 hours
    • 67% reduction in muscle cell contractions after 2 days

    ➔ In-Vivo :
    • 20% reduction in fine lines in 73% of the sample
    • 21% increase in smoothing effect in 80% of the sample

    [Rub]: Biotechnological Exopolysaccharides
Molecules obtained by biotechnology via fermentation of bacterial secretions discovered on the surface of a Laminaria alga in the Aber Wrac'h estuary.

    ➔ In-Vitro :
    • 66% increase in hyaluronic acid synthesis

    ➔ In-Vivo après 28 jours :
    • Reduction of up to 71.4% in wrinkle depth.
    • Reduction of up to 79.3% in the circumference of wrinkles.
    • Reduction of up to 93.5% of the volume of wrinkles.

    [Ruc]: Soothing Neuropeptide
This neuropeptide is a derivative of a peptide naturally present in the body. It acts as a messenger of softness and comfort by reducing the perception of unpleasant sensations.

    ➔ In-Vitro :
    • Increased gene expression of relaxation neuromediator precursors (β-endorphin and metenkephalin) by +63%.
    • Progressive decrease in the frequency of muscle contractions until total blockage in 2 hours, by attenuating the release of neuromediator messengers of contraction.

    ➔ In-Vivo :
    • 21% reduction in the perception of discomfort
    • Reduction in the perception of heat

Our faces allow us to express our emotions every day, particularly through involuntary micro-contractions of the facial muscles. Young skin is sufficiently supple to immediately firm up again, leaving no trace of our expressions on our faces. However, with age, skin loses its elasticity and it isn’t long before the first small wrinkles appear (starting at the age of 25-30 years). These fine lines eventually turn into expression lines, and then deep wrinkles, as a result of the repeated movements of our faces over time. As a result, it is essential to start preventing and fighting the appearance of these first small wrinkles as early as possible (starting at the age of 25 years), even if they aren’t visible yet, to limit their development over the years.

More specifically, to reduce and prevent the appearance of small wrinkles and expression lines, on the one hand it’s important to limit involuntary micro-contractions of the facial muscles as much as possible. On the other, the skin’s building blocks must be protected and their synthesis stimulated to maintain skin density and elasticity as long as possible.
